I have worked with many start-ups, small to medium and corporate businesses in my 30+ years in Commercial Real Estate. Getting into the nitty-gritty of financials, business operations and marketing has its ups and downs and is not for the faint of heart but sitting down one-on-one with a true entrepreneur bursting at the seams with ideas is one of the most exhilarating experiences I get to enjoy as part of my work.

Growing up with 4 very talented sisters led me to appreciate a wide-range of artistic and crafter mediums from handmade jewelry, gorgeous gourds, painted watering cans, original paintings, refurbished or recrafted antique furniture, and glorious quilts dawned with family memories. As a native Californian, I have seen the beautiful Bay Area orchards transform into an entrepreneurial Mecca for the genius engineers and overall makers of things and ideas. My inspiration is truly “the entrepreneur”. I love a great idea! California? I have not given up on it. My part may be small in comparison to others leading the charge, but I fight to rescue California from ruin because I love this fine ol’ state. Now aren’t you glad I didn’t make some ghastly reference about leaving my heart in San Francisco?
